    Can lightbox be closed by clicking outside of the box's region

    Hi Jotform,

    How can the "click out of lightbox to close it" behaviour be enabled? This would make it much more user friendly for users.

     

    Also, I have links to other pages (such as the terms and conditions) in my form. Can these be made to open in a different window? A pop up would be perfect. Otherwise a tab in the main/parent window will also do. At the moment, links open in the lightbox. So, the user would need to go back with shortcut keys - if they know the shortcut.

    This is not currently possible, but we have already forwarded feature request ticket to our Development Team. That feature is marked as nice to do and we hope to see it implement at some point in the future.

    I have also added your vote to the feature request ticket.

    A pop up would be perfect. Otherwise a tab in the main/parent window will also do. 

    I think that pop up code is not working due to Javascript restrictions that we have. However, you can open your links in the new tabs. Please take a look at the following screenshot:
