Submission valueis different from form question choices

I have a purchase order widget in which users need to select a choice from a product drop down, but when the form is submitted i only get "Array" in the product field instead of the product options i filled in. Number of "array" in the field differs. I need to have this form running as soon as possible. Can i please get help on how to fix this issue. Thank you.
