Why is my form getting stuck on please wait?

    HELLo- our website was blocking many countries.  This has been fixed.  Please try again:

    I would suggest you to try embedding your form using the iFrame code, this guide will help you getting the code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code
