Do you take a percentage of any online payments made through a JotForm form?

No. We do not charge any percentage from the payments that you receive from your JotForms. Please note that the payment gateways might charge for transactions and currency exchange. You can also receive up to 10 monthly payments using free subscription also. If you want to receive more payments in a month, it is required to upgrade the account to a paid subscription plan. This is the only charge we have from our end.
