We run a team and created a check off list of procedures for our team members to check off as they are completed.  Wanted to find out the most efficient way to use jot Form as a task check off list within a team.

Outcome desired: to find out how to get alerts when team members complete a task on the project.

I think you might want to create a Grid Listing or a HTML Table report and share it with the team in order to see the progress of the check off list

I have cloned your form in order to show examples

You can also create a password to access the table so only your team will be able to see it.

I hope this sorts out what you are looking for
