    Sub-user account: Form submission view access remove after 24 hours?

    Hi team, 

    I have given the submission veiw access to my team member but after 24 to 48-hour access has been removed.please look into this matter on priority basis.

    Hello Neeraj_Verma,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check your account and you seems to have added several sub-user account and most of them do not have access to any forms. 

    Can you please let us know if access is automatically removed for all users or few specific users? Did this issue happened after your account username was changed? Please let us know and we will report it to our backend team.

    Yes access has been removed automatically of all sub-user due to change in my user name.the several sub user account which you are able to see in my account is because i have provided access to them manually.

    Please provide the same access for all user which was already with them earlier.
