pre-populate second form fields with the data of first form fields.

    Your example of populating form 2 with data from form 1 is EXACTLY what I need to do. although form 2 will have additional fields that need to be completed by another person.

    I have the 2 forms created already. Can I hire someone from Jotform to link them together?

    The form 1 submit will populate form 2 and send that form to another person who will complete it and send to me.

    Clone of Clone of SUPPLY MANAGEMENT

                                                    

    I am unable to understand your workflow. I would suggest you to please let us know which one is first form and which one is second form. You may also like to let us know which question from first form needs to be populated in which fields of second form. We will help you build form prepopulation URL.

    Please note that you can also yourself build your form's prepopulation URL by taking advantage of our "Field Prepopulator" app.

    We are a new business introducing natural & organic food to foodservice operators. I am currently building a store for our website and I am happy to pay someone to do this form for me.
    If we can get this to work, I’ll need to upgrade to a paid account, because I hope to have many form submissions
    Form 1=CLIENT-New Product Intake
    Form 2=RFS-New Product Intake
    Every field in Form 1 is on Form 2.
    Form 2 has additional fields that need to be completed by someone else
    When Form 1 is submitted, Form 2 is sent to the person selected in the
    Real Food Sales Contact Field ( 1 person only from drop down list)

    tina@realfoodsales.com
    robb@realfoodsales.com
    Form 2 is submitted to marketing@realfoodsales.com
    I have deleted Clone of Clone of SUPPLY MANAGEMENT . I was using the Field management tool to try to copy the clear form field without the submit button, but that didn’t also copy the necessary CSS. Anyway, that form is gone from my account.

    I have fixed the prepopulation URL which you have added in the notification email alert of first form. I have sent a test submission in your form and you must received an email with the clickable URL.

    Ashwin, You are brilliant!  

    This was a complex project and it works perfectly now!

    Is there a way the First Form Submit Button can automatically send to whichever person is selected in the First Form Field "Real Food Sales Contact Person"?

    If I'm asking too much, just tell me...

    I have entered all of the emails in the drop down list of that field.

    I am so very impressed with JotForms customer service; I will tell all of my colleagues.
