Hi, I tried to do what you said, I created 4 different notification emails
but now it sends 4 emails at the same time to the client and I couldn't
find any condition to solve this.
    Thanks again.

You have to set a condition for each e-mail that you want to send. You can find this adjustment under Settings/Conditions/Change e-mail Recipient in which you can set different conditions for each pre-created e-mail, depending on the form answers of each client.

I tried lots of times with all different states and it still sends 4 emails
to the client even setting up each condition for each one.

    Hello fcfritas,

There seems to be some confusion here. I did check your form and found that you have added one notification email alert and 4 auto-responder email alerts. Please check the screenshot below:

Since you have 4 auto-responder email alert and every time your form is submitted, it will send 4 auto-response to user. If you want only one email to be sent, you will have to add conditions to trigger specific email alert based on user answer. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

    Thank you!
