How can I use the hidden fields?

Do you mean to say that you want to add hidden form field in form? 

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. Please check the screenshot below on how to add hidden field in form:

Please note that hidden fields will not be displayed in form. It will only be displayed when you edit your submission from your form's submission page.
