Can we have contacts in Salesforce automatically load into form fields?

Our sales team fills out our form and tells us where to ship items... can we have it fill in the salesforce data so they don't have to type it in every time they are looking for a company to ship to?

It is not currently possible to populate forms from an external source.  It may be possible using the forms source code in conjunction with Salesforce API's, but this would require development work outside of JotForm that we would not be able to support:
