We have a paid account but I'm still seeing JotForm branding on the form and on the confirmation page someone sees after they submit the form. Is it possible to remove that branding?Page URL:

I have cleared your form caches then proceeded with testing the form you kindly pointed us to, and I do not see the JotForm branding in it.
Please check again and get back to us if the problem persists. Thank you in advance.

Thanks for getting back to me. SHortly after sending you guys an email I found where I could turn off branding. So, I'm all set. Thanks.
