Why am I getting this message from JotForm?

    When we open our JotForm page we get an error message "You are out of submission storage upgrade now".  We went through our forms and submissions and deleted a massive amount of reservations.  We have plenty of storage space now, but we still get that same message.  Also, people are still able to sign up for our events through JotForm.  How can we get rid of that message?

    I have checked your account and see that it is currently holding Free subscription plan and storing about 900 submissions for your forms. Please be noted that the Free subscription accounts are limited to store only 500 submissions in the account. If you have any forms deleted along with the submissions, they are counted as submission storage since they can be restored from the Trash folder. In order to store more submissions, you'll be required to upgrade your account.
