Hide field is not working

I have the field "Is your billing address (above) the same as your mailing address?" set so that a "yes" hides the "Please enter your Mailing address" field. But it is not working, at least when I enter the following sequence:

In what form will your sponsorship be offered: select both

Please check the box indicating your desired sponsorship level: $500

Choose your payment method: pay with credit card now

Is your billing address (above) the same as your mailing address? yes

At this point the mailing address field is still showing, when it should be hidden by the selection of yes in the last question.
