Take Photo Widget: Why back camera is very dark?

    2. Once it does, the camera is very dark whereas surroundings are bright. I checked this with normal camera mode, and it was working fine.

    I have checked your JotForm on my mobile and upload images using both front and rear cameras which worked fine at my end. You may check the images from the submission just sent. 

    It looks like that you have embedded the form on a Google Sites web page. Could you provide us with the web page URL where the form is embedded to check if that is causing in anyway? Also, please try opening the form using the direct URL https://form.jotformpro.com/70801797034962 on your mobile device and see how it is working.

    Hi, try checking this video. I am surprised why it is showing this error. I
    even tried this on Apple ipad but as that did joy have software to record
    screen, unable to share inputs.

    According to the video you have shared, when you use the rear camera through the Take Photo Widget, everything looks dark. It could be that issue is related to the device you are using, or the backlit position.
