I see you are using the single choice field on your form:
Do you want help with calculating the membership fee?
Do you want to add a payment method? (Paypal, Stripe, etc)
Can you please be more specific? I would be happy to help you

I am trying to offer to type of donation: A. $180 B. $36 but want to make sure they can click on one choice only, and the amount should be carried to the total for pay. How can I do that?

I have it working here:
https://form.jotformpro.com/72076013658961
Let me show you how:
#1. Add a form calclulation widget. Search for it on the widgets tab (on the left hand side). This will hold your total and alllow you to pass it to your payment integration.
#2. Configure your single choice field. Click on the properties (blue gear icon). And on the surveying tab you need to enter your prices (one on each line).
#3. Configure your payment integration to accept a "User defined amount" for payment type. And select the form calculation "total" as the get price from setting.

OK, finally I think I figured it out, and I guess there are two fields for Total and there is no way of eliminating one of them, is that correct?

Oh sorry, I forgot to tell you to hide the second total field (the form calcluation widget). Click on its properties (blue gear icon) and hide it. It will continue to work in the background. the first total is the payment integration.
