I need to cancel my account with Jotform..

I have checked your account and found that it's in the Premium plan.
Please downgrade your account back to the Free status before we can proceed with deleting it. We have a guide on how you can do so here: https://www.jotform.com/help/341-How-to-Downgrade-Subscription-Back-to-Free-Account
Once your account is back to the Free status, please get back to us so we can delete the account.
