If we sign up for a month subscription to jotform, will we be able to remove the JOTFORM logo on the thank you page that our clients see? This could be a deal breaker for our CEO.

Yes. The JotForm logo/branding you see can be removed once you change subscription to paid plans. It is only visible when in FREE subscription plan.
