Why when someone fills out a jotForm with credit card information on it, why does Jotfrom not provide the middle numbers of the Credit Card?

When one of our members fills our a Jotform I need to see those credit card numbers to deduct our memnbership fee. Without this service i do not need jotfrom at all. When someone provides me with there cc details on jotfrom how can i now access this information?
