I would like to add an option to my form

The option/question would be 

Would you like to add another attendee?

When I create this question for my form and select the conditions for it, it makes all the pages, except page 1 of my form disappear.

There are about 23 conditions that would apply to this add another attendee question.

Can you help?

I have cloned your form, and there isn't any condition applied to that field. Also, when a selection is made on that field, nothing disappears. Can you please explain what you are trying to accomplish? Also, you might want to share a screenshot of the condition you are trying to setup.
