Thank you for your prompt reply. However, I wish to blend the form, not embed it. This means I wish to get the source code for the form. Your FAQ suggests this is possible, but the instructions look incomplete. Can you help?

    Hi again Herman,

I've added on my previous message a link to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-Download-a-Source-Code-of-your-Form

But for your convenience I copy / paste the steps in this thread too.

To download a code of you form please follow next steps:

    1. Click on "Setup & Embed" tab on the form builder toolbar

    2. Click on "Embed Form"

    3. Click on "Source"

    4.  Copy provided code (highlighted area) or Click on "here" link to download the full source code

Let us know if this satisfies your request.

    Thanks.
