Trying to login and need to confirm my user name and password. When I click on user name and it references that I will get an email, I do not receive the email. Can you please assist??

Your account (Kegel) is currently in good status. Upon checking the mail logs, I can see that the password reset email instructions are being sent successfully. Here's a screenshot:
Please check your spam folder or junk mail. If the emails are in the spam folder, please mark them as "Not Spam".
You might also want to check the "Promotions" tab of your Inbox.
