Form limit

    Its telling me I've reached my form limit for my starter account. My organization has a silver level account so I don't understand why I'm getting a notice that I can't create anymore forms nor why its telling me I have a basic account.

    Unfortunately the sub user accounts do not share the limits of the master account. It only applies if the form was created in the master account and shared to the sub user. You are using a free account. That means you are limited to 100 submissions and 1,000 views per month. 

    So you have a couple of options:

    #1. Upgrade to a paid plan (they start at $19)

    #2. Or, I can transfer your forms (as many as you like, just please specify the names) to the master account and he can share them with you

    #3. Do nothing. Because JotForm resets its counters to zero on the 1st day of each month.
