Account suspended

    My account is autosuspended and I would like it reactivated. I'm trying to create a user login page for my dance studio so that my students can see their account balance and know how much money that owe by using a conditional single form.  I changed the word email to password and now I'm suspended.  I'd like for my students to have a secure way to log in to see their bills so that no one else can view what they owe and emails are known amongst all of my students, which is why I created the password for each individual student.  But I guess I will have to figure out another method.  Please reactivate my account

    Our anti-phishing filter tool automatically suspended your account because of the word "Password" and the field that is asking for a Password. As per our terms, collecting login information is not allowed here in JotForm.

    I have removed the guilty field and re-activated your account back in good status. You can now use your account and manage your forms properly.
