Can I send submission notifications to a second email address?

    Yes, you can send the notification to multiple email address. You only need to separate the email addresses with a comma.

    ex: test@jotform.com, test2@jotform.com

    Not working for some reason.  I checked another forum and tried choosing JotForm for Sender Name and noreply@jotform for Sender E-mail.   This doesn't seem to be working.  Any suggestions?

    Can you please add JotMail's Ip Addresses to your mail provider's whitelist and try again? Did you also check your spam / junk folder?

    Upon checking, it shows that the notifications are sent to your shaw.ca and hotmail.com email accounts.  Can you please check your spam / junk mail folder if notifications are landing there?

    If you are using an email client software such as Outlook, Eudora, or Mozilla Thunderbird, please login to your web mail account and check the spam folder / junk mail folder there.
