How do I correct 2 Leads coming from Jotform to Insightly integration?

    When a user completes and submits the form it is forwarded to Insightly as a Lead, but I two Lead entries in Insightly for the same form.

    I tested our Insightly integration and I wasn't able to replicate this issue, only one lead showed when I submitted the form:
