You can place a JotForm form in an asp.net page. You will simply copy the form code to your web site. Here is how:
1. Open "Setup & Share" tab on toolbar,
2. Click on "Share Form"
3. Copy the code provided at "Paste this code on your web site".
It can work on any HTML page. So, what you use on the back end is not important.
