We are using several jotform templates on our site. They are beautiful, but cause many technical difficulties.
Updates to the site often cause the jot form to disappear even when we use the 'wordpress' version to embed it. Most recently, all of our forms 'consultation request' & 'ebook request' disappeared completely from our site. This is most disturbing & makes us look HORRIBLE to potential customers.
I am paying $9.99 to upgrade our monthly number of submissions today, but if that doesn't fix the problem then I will just cancel for a refund and find a more consistent provider.
In any case, we also want want submission requests for a e-book download or consultation request to be funneled into autoresponder systems that we are setting up with another provider. Is this possible to automate? Or do we have to manually pull emails from our jotform inventory to transfer into our selected autoresponder system.

In other words, your form(s) disappeared due to some external reason. If you reproduce the problem again, please let us know. We will try to do our best in order to investigate and fix the problem.
