We received an email stating that "Unfortunately your most recent JotForm Premium Yearly subscription payment was declined. Please go to https://sites.fastspring.com/interlogy/order/s/INT140724-4705-73419S and update your payment information as soon as possible to avoid cancelation."
I want to make sure that this is legit and not a scam. How do I check on our account status?

I have checked your account and see that it is scheduled to downgrade to Free by Aug 07, 2017. The email that you have received is legit. Please note that FastSpring is one of our payment processors. You may update the credit card information using the link provided so that the account will be renewed normally.
