It was available until yesterday! Hi, I don't seem to be able to get access to a form I've published at https://form.jotform.us/51668787622166. Please advise.Page URL:

I checked your account and you're under that Bronze plan. Your account is working properly and it is in good status.
I cloned the form that you have provided and I noticed that the Form Status is set to Disable on a Date. That's the reason why your form is currently unavailable. You can enable it in the Form Status drop down menu. See image below:
