How to send the multiple session information in one form to multple people?

I have a photography contract template that I would like to use for multiple families. I am using the free version of Jotform.

Every time I change the session information, like date, time, location, it changes the form that I already sent out to someone else. How can I send the correct contract to each family without the form changing each time?

If you're sending the form to fill all changes you do will reflect on that form. If you need to send forms with different information that will not change for previously sent form, I'm afraid you will have to create new form.

But, I'm not sure how many forms you need to send but you could create a certain code field in the form that you will send to particular user and when they enter it the part with location, time, date will open. And you just duplicate those fields and create several codes that will open several blocks of fields. Here is what I mean:

You add short text field:

That will act as session code field where your users can enter the code. This condition will reveal the session info if the code is correct:

You just need to add several short-text fields and several Text fields with session information for each session you have.

Then you just send the Form URL together with the code.
