Lately we've had a few people submit their filled out form and we get the email for it but it is not showing up under submissions. Please help!

I did a test submission to your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. I checked your submissions page and I can see that you have received my test submission properly. See image below:
Could you please provide the missing submission to your form so we can check it further? Here's a guide to get the Submission ID:
1. Open the missing submission in your email inbox and click the Edit Submission link.
2. Copy the Submission ID in the URL.
