How to restore deleted forms

    i HAVE ACCIDENTLY DELETED MY "INQUIRY SUBMISSION FORMS" PLEASE HELP RETRIEVE.

    You can restore your forms by following the steps below:

    Go to you My Forms page and click the Trash menu on the left

    Select the form you want to restore and click the Restore button:

    Go to My Forms page and checked your restored form.

    Please keep in mind that you can not restore your Purged or completely deleted forms from your Trash folder.
