I have problems with Jotform mobile application on my phone. It doesn't make sound when i receive new form from my clients. Sound can comes after 20-30 minutes, very strange thing. Also i had approximetely the same problems with your mobile application on my previous phone. I loose a lot of money because of this madness. If you will not solve this problem in 7 days i will stop use your service and pay money to you. At this time i pay 20$ a month. I think a lot of people don't use your application because of this problem, cause it makes great damage to business

We're really sorry for the inconvenience you have.
I have tested JotForm Mobile Application on my own Samsung Galaxy mobile phone and I have always received the form submissions and their alerts exactly on the time, without any delay.
Could you please give us further detailed information regarding this issue? Which mobile device are you using? So that, we can test and investigate this issue further.
