Submissions Not Reset

I have cleared the responses to the form a long time ago, but the transmissions are not reset

Please note that deleting of the submissions will not reset the monthly submission limit. It will only clear the total submission limit. 

The monthly submission limit for the free users is 100 submissions. This month you received 189 submissions and because you went over the limit your forms are disabled. 

You can upgrade your account to any of the paid plans to get higher limits and to enable your forms immediately. You can find more about the different account types on our pricing page.

However, if you don't want to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which will be on the first day of the following month.
