Hello, I've shared a form with a customer. Why can the customer not see entry in the overview? See Attachment!

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. I am also unable to see the screenshot you have shared. I would suggest you to please explain your question a bit more in detail and also upload the screenshot again to help us understand the issue. I've shared a form with a customer. But if she views the submissions she does not see all the information. Also, they can not customize the entries that are filled in in the forms. What's the problem?

I did check your account and found that you have shared your form with user info@veluwse******iewoningen.nl.
The issue is that your sub-user can configuration in account to save form submission data in "Europe Datacenter". Please check the screenshot below:
Since you are not saving your submission data in Europe Datacenter, I would suggest you to please disable it in sub-user account and that should solve your problem.
