Is it possible to display a message whenever user accidentally or manually closes the browser

Is it possible to display a message whenever user accidentally or manually closes the browser or moves away from a form before it has been completed?

As far as I know we do not have anything that would pop up a message when the user navigates away from the form or closes the page. 

You could embed the form to a web page and add the pop-up code to that page, but there is no way to add it to the form itself.
