Submissions Not Reset

I have cleared the responses to the form a long time ago, but the transmissions are not reset

Deleting submissions does not reduce the amount received for the current month.  It does reduce the number of submissions stored, but it does not look like your account was over the storage limit, only the monthly submission limit.

The limits reset on the first day of each calendar month for all users.  Your limits will reset tomorrow.
