Form isn't working. Submit button stays on Please Wait

Hi,

I've tested the form within JotForm. But when I run it through my own website, I cannot submit the form.

It will allow me to complete all the details, but when pressing submit, it never changes from Please wait.

It is possible there is an issue between the form and the web page. I recommend you to re-embed the form using the iFrame method. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and the web page. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.
