Account: Cancel/Downgrade Status

    Please tell me what happened to my original request.  I have been charged another month after a requested to downgrade

    System says your account is active. And you are due to downgrade on the 31st August 2017.

    I did this process on July 17th which was right after my event and it said that it was being entered in manually.

    So as of today, I won't be charge another month until I upgrade again. Is that correct?

    Yes, thats right you wont be charged again.
