File Upload not working

    Upload Error
    Files could not be uploaded for some reason.

    Please go back and fix the problem(s)
     
    Acima o erro que aparece ao tentar enviar formulário. Gostaria de alguma solução.

    I did a test submission to your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. The File Upload field is working properly.

    I cloned your form so I can check the File Upload field settings and it is configured properly. Please try it again and make sure all required fields are filled up.

    O problema deve ter sido temporário, fiz um teste e funcionou. Obrigado pelo retorno.
