    form https://form.jotformpro.com/Holidea/Batz-insole is not shown the option to set up pending ayment email. Have an alternative way?

    When using PayPal express since users are paying directly in the form, it is not possible to have incomplete payments.  Since incomplete payments can't happen using PayPal express, there is no option for incomplete payment notifications.
