We have been using JotForm for our online application for several years. As more and more users are completing their application through their phone, we are seeing more and more problems with our online application (they are unable to complete the application or unable to "submit" the application). Our web support specialist said that there are some phones that are not supported for completing our application. So we encourage these people to complete the application on a computer, and then they don't have a problem. My question...is there something we can do through JotForm to make it more phone-friendly for our applicants? This fact is that more and more people are completing the application on their phone, and that will only increase. I need something that is compatible with it. Thanks!

You can try using the "Mobile Responsive Widget". It will allow your form to display better on mobile screens.
Just seach for it on the left (under the widgets tab). And drag it onto your form.
