I just downgraded and it seems that it will not let me do that for a full year...can I get my money back and cancel the upgrade effective immediately?

    I have canceled your subscription and refunded your most recent subscription payment. You should see the full refund of $190.00 posted to your card in 5-7 business days.

    Your account is now downgraded back to the Free account.
