Auto fill: Why are our users losing saved data?

    Many of our members have lost hours of work. Can someone please help me out? I have enabled our forms to be continued later but it seems to be working the opposite. 


    Both the Access to Festivals Final Report and Access to Markets Final report are doing this. 


    "I just spent all after noon filling in the report , signed it with my mouse and submitted.... it said error"

    I have been testing your forms and I was able to submit them without any problem, here are some screenshots about it: 

    Please, do note that the "Continue Forms Later" feature will work only if your users open the form in the same browser and computer since the data is saved in the browser's cache. Also, do note that if cookies are disabled, the data will not be saved. 

    I would suggest you to use the "Save and Continue Later" feature if you need your users to continue filling the form on different devices. 

    This guide will help you doing it: 

    If your users continue receiving the error about the signature field, please ask them to provide a screenshot of the web console. 

    These keyboard shortcuts will help you getting the console: 

    Google Chrome:

    Mac: Command + Option + J

    Windows: Control + Shift + J



    Windows: Ctrl+Shift+K

    Mac: Command+Option+K
