I have tried to submit the form and I was properly redirected to the PayPal payment page.
The result is supposed to be the same for the User Defined Amount option. You may try it again.

MiaHudReplied on August 1, 2017 at 8:44 AMI have attached a print screen of the result for the "User Defined Amount" option. This is from this morning, and the same thing happened yesterday before I changed it to product to test my email/Paypal account which worked fine with product option.
