Our forms always freeze when you try to type in the "State" field of an address block

    If you open any of our forms where we have inserted an address block, the form will freeze for several moments when trying to type in the "State" Field

    I cloned your form but am unable to reproduce the error.

    I noticed you have one condition that is broken:

    You can try deleting that and see if it helps?

    Hi, it happens on the user end not on the back end and it happens with ALL of our forms, the one I linked was just an example. But any form which uses an address block with have the error.

    There is a chance this may only happen when using Google Chrome, but the error has occurred on at least 3 computers in our office so far.

    I tested with a few of your forms, including the one you referenced and was unable to reproduce the issue.  I tested in both FireFox and Chrome, no slowdown or freezing when entering data to the state portion of address fields. 

    Is this still occurring on your end?  If we can figure a way to reproduce it on ours, we will definitely look into this further.  As far as I can tell though, there should be no issue at this time.

    Hi,

     

    We are having this same issue.  It not only freezes the form, but my entire computer.  It's to the point where I either skip the state entry until after I am off the phone with the customer or I try to enter the state (because it is always the same for us) during a slow time, so that I can wait for my computer to unfreeze and it will be there for my next entry.  Our form is for Metal Roofs of Michigan.
