We're using JotForm as tool for young people to create emotional self-help resilience tools. Up until recently, this form https://form.jotformpro.com/62744907974975 had been outputting a PDF to the user with all of the images they chose as well as any they had uploaded.
Now the PDF output is blank...
If you could let us know how to rectify the error and also if there's any way of further customising the content of the PDF, that would be great.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. In order for me to test the issue you encountered, I created a clone version of your form in my account and made a test submission.
Without making any changes to the clone version, I was not able to reproduce the issue you are having. Below is a screenshot of the email autoresponder I received.
You mentioned that this feature is working before on your form. Are there any recent changes you made on your form before it stopped working?
Also, with your permission, can we make test submissions directly to the form embedded on the website you shared with us, please?
To customize the format of PDF submissions, please check the information found in this guide — How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions
