Can I prevent data from being edited once submitted?

I'm using JotForm with Google Sheets and Google Drive. I've noticed that submissions can be edited but there is no history of the changes. I've deleted the "edit" hyperlink in submission emails but anyone with access to the JotForm account or the Google Sheet has the ability to edit the submissions.

If anyone has any idea how to accomplish this, I'd really appreciate the help. Alternatively, is there a way to ensure edits are logged so that the original information isn't replaced without a change history?

It is not currently possible to prevent editing of submissions.  Emails can be sent when edits are made and those emails are logged in your history:

But that is currently the only log of edits being made.
