Auto Save is not working on form translation.

    I just spent 2 hours translating my form into german and had it completed.  I preview it mulitple times and it showed German and to force the page to auto save.  When to my site and started to change it from english to german and nothing changed.  I log back into jot forms amd edit the german page and it asking me to enter the information I already entered.  You need to place a manual save as a backup since the auto save is have so many issues.  I really hate the auto save because it only works half the time.

    Can you please confirm first that this is your form that have the issue?

    I reviewed the form but so far I could not see the issue. Selecting the Dansk language in the language tool shows the translated texts on the form.

    It is the form. but I removed the German form because it did not auto save. I cant have a form live where someone selects German and it shows English.  You have an auto save problem and it needs to be fixed.  I think you should have a way to manually save as well.  I will waste my time one more time but this needs to be resolved because at least the old way, I could save my work with a button.

    I translated Name. First Name and Last Name in German between 750 AM to 755 AM and the auto save did not update or save any changes noted in this screenshot.

    It seems to save even if it does not show it in the auto save but it is really slow right now.  I am fine with this as long as it saves.

    So I went back into my form to continue to translated it and if you notice my Name, First Name and Last Name disappeared. Which shows that it does not save properly or something is really messed up with the auto save function.

    I checked your form now or German translation, but all fields were empty, did you remove that translation?

    Since I checked for other two languages and they were showing fine.

    Only the German is empty.

    Also, I tested translating few fields in my clone of your form and that worked fine, it saved the progress properly.

    I did not remove any translation that were placed there but I did translate any words that were blank.  The auto save does not work or is buggy and I think it does not work properly.  When I add the German form I see some of the words are already translated. Then when I leave and go back to edit it or check on it, the fields end up being blank.

    Weird Last edit time.  Translated the Application and 2nd line to German.

    Exit out of it and I am not sure if it auto saved or not.

    Its gone, nothing saved.   You can look at my timestamps and dates to see that it did not save.  Plus this time, the last edit save time was way off.

    Plus there is no way I could of manually save it or I would have done that.  When I exit, I hit the <  to go back to language list.  I have notice that the changes on the auto save used to change every min or so and now it not changing at all.  I have also tried this on multiple browsers.

    Firstly, sorry for the inconvenience we have caused you so far.

    The problem was related to an extra request which was occurring while leaving the "Translations" page by using '<' button. The problem has been fixed now and your system should function properly.

    Thanks, it working properly now.
