I am using the forms for my parents to register their children in our program. Sometimes the link works, but it usually says whoops. Need help making sure I have done the form correctly.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. I have checked the links to the forms on your account and all of them are working as expected.

May we know the link you are sharing with the parents, please? Also, how are you sharing the link to your respondents? Do you show it from a website or do you send it via email? How-to-Send-a-Form-via-Email

We will wait for your response.

I was copied the links to a mail out, but when the parents where telling me that they were getting the "whoops" message, I started emailing them from jotform. I thought that maybe there were too many trying to use the link at the same time. I just wanted to make sure that I was telling
my parents the right information. The following links are

I'm getting the same error since the link is not good, the best way would be to get the shareable link from the form and mail it as it is:

Like explained in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/303-How-to-Send-a-Form-via-Email
