Why do I keep getting the whoops message when trying to link to a form?

    I am using the forms for my parents to register their children in our program. Sometimes the link works, but it usually says whoops. Need help making sure I have done the form correctly.

    May we know the link you are sharing with the parents, please? Also, how are you sharing the link to your respondents? Do you show it from a website or do you send it via email? How-to-Send-a-Form-via-Email

    I was copied the links to a mail out, but when the parents where telling me that they were getting the "whoops" message, I started emailing them from jotform. I thought that maybe there were too many trying to use the link at the same time. I just wanted to make sure that I was telling
    my parents the right information. The following links are

    I'm getting the same error since the link is not good, the best way would be to get the shareable link from the form and mail it as it is:
